XXXX XXXX is illegally reporting an item that was included in my bankruptcy I have submitted a dispute showing where that same account with the same amount and date opening was included in my bankruptcy. XXXX defense was that your bankruptcy was filed in XXXX and the account was opened in XXXX. Well originally it was a XXXX XXXX, I converted to a XXXX XXXX which wiped all my debt on XXXX. The attorneys continue checking your credit and adding any new credit to the bankruptcy because you cant have any until after discharge so it was included in my bankruptcy before I discharged in XXXX.
