XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX : Unlawfully funded auto Loans. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXReport filed on Company Disputes/Phone contacts to company on reporting wrongfully on my Credit profile With all three Credit Bureau 's, and reach out about action of reporting and no change. These reports of dispute were filled started XXXX. It started during COVID time. And at the time state of CA stated no credit issue would damage my credit profile due to due to COVID-19. I also filed a hardship which the company told me it wouldn't hurt my credit report in any kind of way. And they lied and put on my credit report negative 30 days & 60 days late. Which in return destroy my credit profile. I had to pay more in fees, and was declined in loans and declined in purchasing a home. This as been a ongoing battles that must be fix asap. I also have file with other companies too. There has been unlawfulness and violations of FCRA also the FDCPA, TILA.
