I had sent a letter to the collection agency Kinum , Inc. on XX/XX/2023, certified mail. They signed for it on XX/XX/2023. This is not my debt. I asked Kinum , Inc. for a debt validation/verification pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I have not received a response to my letter. Or any form of communication with Kinum , Inc., before or after it has been reported on my credit report. Attached hereto is a copy of my letter dated XX/XX/2023, along with proof of certified mail.
