On XXXX XXXX I mailed the next 9 car payments to Honda Financial Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX telephone number XXXX. On XXXX XX/XX/2023 they claimed they never received these payments. I did a stop payment on all 9 payments and mailed them 9 new payments VIA the US Postal Services on XXXX XX/XX/2023 VIA certified mail with signatures required. On XXXX XX/XX/2023 they tried to process the 9 payments dated XXXX XX/XX/2023 ( stop payments already made ). On XXXX XX/XX/2023 they signed for the certified letter containing the next 9 payments. On XXXX XX/XX/2023 they telephoned me asking why I had not made the XXXX payment ( they had the XXXX payment plus the next 8 payments in their office since XXXX XX/XX/2023 ). It took them over 30 minutes to locate these payments and they can't tell me when they are actually going to post these payments. I have excellent credit and I will not allow Honda Financial Services to mess up my credit because they are not processing my car payments in a timely manner. I will NEVER buy another Honda car. They have the worse customer service that I have ever seen, and they do not post your payments for more than a week after they receive them. It appears that they are trying to make their customers have bad credit by not processing payments in a timely manner when they receive them.
