I financed a car from US Auto Sales on XX/XX/2021, I've been making payments then the company shut down. Now I've been contacted by Westlake financial saying I have to pay them for the vehicle, US Auto Sales did in house financing I didn't sign any paperwork for Westlake financial to get the vehicle. I am stuck in this horrible situation and don't know what to do.
