I have filed numerous disputes with the XXXX credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and Experian ) notifying the company that XXXX is incorrectly reporting amounts on my report. The debt is reported as charged off and continues to report a past due amount of {$3000.00}, and shows this debt as revolving credit when it should show as {$0.00} owed since this credit is now charged off debt. I have requested a 1099c form to audit this company to ensure they are in compliance but have not received one, as if they are not in compliance, I can report them for tax fraud. This is also a violation of FCRA 15 USC 1681 eb.
