I submitted a lot of complaints regarding my concern about the removal of the Bankruptcy that I have on my credit report. XXXX clearly stated that they could not locate the following Bankruptcy records on my file. Bankruptcy XXXX. XXXX Bankruptcy XXXX. XXXX If XXXX can't locate it on my file. It means that this a result of FRAUD/ERROR and it needs to be remove on my credit report immediately, as you know they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please don't close this complain saying ( The CFPB closed this complaint because it has already processed your earlier complaints about this problem. ) because I need these Bankruptcy removed in my Credit Report because they are hurting my credit sc ore so bad.
