I want to start off by saying that I'm not admitting to this debt. I would like to do business with your company if you agree to the following terms. ( 1 ). Remove the debt above from all three credit bureaus within 10days of payment. ( 2 ). Send me a letter stating that the account above will be deleted. ( 3 ). Stop all debt collection activities. If you agree to the above terms, I will pay your company the full balance of this debt as soon as I receive this signed copy back from an authorized representative with the power to make this deal. Failure to delete : I just want to ascertain that you honor your side of the agreement. If the item is not deleted as specified in this agreement, I will be entitled to {$500.00} compensation for breach of contract
