Deletion of Inaccurate Reporting of collection Account, CAPITAL XXXX XXXX The date of account opening reported by XXXX contradicts the account opening date mentioned by TransUnion. The last active date associated with this collection account is reported as XX/XX/2022 according to XXXX, whereas TransUnion report the last activity as a different date. Additionally, there is an inconsistent reporting of the high credit limit associated with this account. TransUnion reports it as {$360.00}, while XXXX shows a high credit limit of {$0.00}. I have not mentioned XXXX because after disputing all three consumer reporting agencies, I have already recieved notification from XXXX of the deletion of this account. I have attached a screenshot below showing the reflecting deletion appearing with in my credit monitoring app. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the reporting of these items to my consumer report is in direct violation of my written dissent. In accordance with the provisions outlined in 15 U.S. Code 1681b, reporting such information does not fall within the permissible purposes of consumer reports, especially considering my explicit instruction to forbid the inclusion of these items in my consumer report. In conclusion, I would like this account deleted from my consumer report immediately. I do not consent to this account being reported to my consumer report ( 15 U.S. Code 1681b ). Also after requesting a reinvestigation of this account, all three credit reporting agencies responding with the account updated and or verified by the furnisher ( however continuing to report inaccurately and contradictory towards each other as outlined above ). I have repeated the process of reaching out to the consumer reporting agencies to notify them on the continuing inaccuracies and contridictions being reported even after being asked to investigate. This is when XXXX then deleted this account, while TransUnion and XXXX continue to report inaccurate and contradictory information against my written consent. 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 Report contained in letter mailed to each consumer reporting agency. 15 U.S. Code 1681b I do not consent to this information being reported to my consumer report. 15 U.S. Code 1681e Information being reported is inaccurate and contradicting from XXXX agency to the next even after requesting a reinvestigation and two out of three of the main consumer reporting agencies keeping the inaccurate information reporting while XXXX being the first to delete this inaccurate account so far. 15 U.S. Code 1681i The consumer reporting agency has previously reinvestigated this matter and are still currently reporting inaccurate information in this matter. This inaccurate reporting is continuing even after being informed/notified that information is inaccurate previously. 15 U.S. Code 1681n After being notified TransUnion and XXXX are willfully failing to comply with requirements imposed under this subchapter 15 U.S. Code 1681o After being notified TransUnion and XXXX are negligent in failing to comply with requirements imposed under this subchapter XXXX XXXX XXXX without prejudice UCC 1-308
