Once again this company is charging me late fees because their auto pay is not working. After the last complaint, I set up autopay again in XXXX to automatically take the minimum payment due. My payment was due XX/XX/XXXX and autopay was on. They did not take the payment and are now charging me a late fee. This is a continuous issue with this company, every other month I have to call them. They have not fixed the issue this month. I want all late fees reversed and the payment to be taken on the due date!!! Stop overcharging me for their system failures.
