This complaint is against Experian ID XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. IN BEING VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DUPLICATE A COMPLAINT, this complaint will focus on one aspect of my dealings with this XXXX XXXX, which is failure to honor our contract. The Experian name relevant to XXXX XXXX, repair and monitoring is usually a well Respected name and service. However, Experian ID XXXX XXXX in combination with XXXX XXXX XXXX, has placed a tremendous blemish on the Experian name. Don't take my word for it, simply read the volume of complaints listed on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. The famous words this service loves to say is " there is nothing further we can do ''. This service leaves the customer in the same mess or worse, than when the customer such as myself, initially began their contract. They continually refuse to honor their contract, and this is the basis for this complaint. This service simply ignores the customers needs and requests. And they expect the customer to do all the work that they were hired to do!!!
