HELLO ON XX/XX/2022 I ask Fay Servicing to have escrow to pay property taxes They lied about fees. we ask them to close the account. Because I already paying the city They said that they will process it and they never did it. It is one year that passed, we keep asking them to close the escrow acct and refund the tax payment I provide all the papers, letters, documents that they requested. I even went to city and found out more than than they asked for. They keep playing and saying waiting to get answer from the city and in a mean while they are charging me. I send them the proof from the city they got refunded about 6 months ago. They got over $ XXXX from city of XXXX XXXX ( people money ) and they are saying they cant see it in their account, and waiting to get answer from the city???? city dont call back anyone, I send them the proof of the wire from the city Apparently they dont credit customers account They get money from the city and charge the client as well. THIS IS FRAUD
