I have been trying to work with AmSheer XXXX XXXX for 3 months now. Phone calls where made to AmSheer multiple times to acquire a debt verification letter they would advise me that they where waiting on XXXX XXXX for information after a month and half I called again and spoke to supervisor asking where this verification was? He states you should have submitted a document which the XXXX to 4 times I had called before was never mentioned to me once. I spoke to there supervisor XXXX who was extremely rude and would make remarks that its not his concern that I did not know how to validate debt or would explain to me how to do so. When asking him how to do it he said thats not his job. During this time I had reached out to XXXX who also confirmed I had no debt with them. They ran my social security number thru there system and confirmed I had no debt or any account with them. After leaving a review on XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me in regards to the review and how he can assist again after a month of waiting and persisting for a debt verification letter finally XXXX was provided a month after initially asking. After reading the letter which they gave me which I have provided to you. It clearly shows on the statements they provided the debt is not mine. But they are still trying to collect on this debt. I called again today and they told me that I did not need to sign anything for XXXX to have my consent to make me responsible for this account. So now they are spreading false information as well.
