I disputed n accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Balance : $ {$19000.00} has violated my rights On XXXX XXXX I sent a letter to XXXX for proof of original agreement. I haven't receive my documentation of proof instead a letter stating the account has been verified but I need to know how the account was verified. Furthermore, they are continuing to defame my character in my credit report. I have attached a printed document of them changing their remark reducing my credit score by XXXX points. This is grounds for removal and if this account continues to come back verified without the proper documentation, I will be forced to take further action. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 it also states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Also, the credit bureaus took more than 30 days to complete my investigation. According to U.S.C 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) any damages sustained by the consumer as a result of failure or damages of less than {$100.00} and not more than 1,000. I want 1,000 per violation, or the item immediately removed from my credit report.
