Stimulus card was sent to a old address... I was XXXX at the time and someone from the home we sold activated the card and withdraw all my Stimulus {$1400.00}. I was just recently released from XXXX XXXXXXXX and irs stated they sent payment to debt card .I got transcripts of withdraws and notified them I wanted to dispute the charged and I filed with the federal trade commission and with the irs About the identity theft ..Irs stated that the card company should refund ..but card company money network denies any appeal.
