Hello, I received a debt collection letter from XXXX XXXX Account Management for the amount of {$690.00} I have receipt from company showing XXXX balance. I sent a certified verification of debt letter on XX/XX/2023 with no response. It's a violation of the FDCPA for a debt collector to refuse to send a validation notice or fail to respond to your verification letter. There also no notice of dispute listed on my credit report just the debt owed which is a {$1000.00} fine for each offense Section 623 ( a ) ( 3 ) : Duty of furnishers to provide notice of dispute Consumer Protection Not only is BAM violating the law but the credit bureaus are as well XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.
