I mailed my dispute letter because I have things on my credit is not mines due to identity theft. I have a police report and letter from equifax and XXXX XXXX stating that my information has been breached. My letter was mailed XX/XX/2023 with tracking number XXXX with usps. I also gave XXXX a call at XXXX XX/XX/2023 to discuss why I can not remove addresses I never lived at and accounts that I have on my report that I no nothing about. He stated that he will open an dispute. I have attached a copy of my dispute and yet I keep getting these canned responses from XXXX saying that my information has been verified but I have never received any information of how the accounts and addresses have been verified. This is causing me to be unable to obtain credit. I have attached communication from equifax and XXXX XXXX. These are the usps tracking numbers for disputes that have been improperly handled and never received a response in the past.
