XXXX XXXX 2023, I mailed the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX amount XXXX to XXXX, But XXXX notified me not received the check on XXXX, I check Capital One back on line banking ' the check is cashed on XX/XX/2023 Front check pay to the order XXXX, XXXX I download the check imagine front and back and send to XXXX, we found out theres no endorsement on the back of the check, XXXX said they did not receive the payment, Capital One back did not pay to them. So I contact Capital one bank twice, explain the situation, Ask them to give me the prove of the payment to the right payee. They never provide any proof of the payment to the right payee. No responds till now XXXX.
