I have a mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX. The structure of my home was recently damaged due to a neighbor / property owners negligence with treating the tree. The tree is dead, and the property owner was notified that the tree was dead prior to the damage to my home. My home is uninhabited and has been for more than a month while I work with my insurer to get the repairs completed. I reached out to NACAs HAND department for help, and the representatives refuse to answer the phone and respond to email attempts. I have called the NACA XXXX Department repeatedly for help, and I have been met with rude and hostile representatives who claim to be too busy to help NACA clients. NACA has refused to help me in any way.
