I sent a letter into Experian letting them know that several accounts that was reporting did not belong to me and also a address they have reporting on my credit, i never once lived there, the address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I asked that accounts ( which im bouts to list below ) to be removed and they still remained on my credit report. ( XXXX XXXX. Account # XXXX ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account # XXXX ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account # XXXX ) Under the FCRA Act section 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i0 ) i asked for these accounts to be removed. I didn't give written permission to have those accounts furnished on my report as 15 U.S.C 1681a2 sates, they have to have written permission. I am kindly asking for these accounts to be removed from my credit report, please and thank you.
