I had my credit ran by a mortgage lender and an account EQUIANT FINANCIAL SVCS is reporting with XXXX. I had already reached out to this company letting them know this is NOT my account, i filed a police report ( attached ), I reached out directly to XXXX and let them know that the account is not mine and that there was someone else 's name on my report 'XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also went to the Social Security Office and let them know to flag my account/ SSN. I have done my due diligence and this negative account is still reporting and negatively impacting my ability to purchase a home. This account is showing as a 'foreclosure ' status.
