I am writing to complain about the premature cancellation of my American Express Platinum Card ending in XXXX. I spoke to an account manager with the name of XXXX and the ID XXXX in XXXX, Florida on XXXX round XXXX XXXX EST. He closed my card without fully disclosing that the membership fee of XXXX XXXX would not be reimbursed. I specifically asked him about that, but he already moved ahead without my consent. Because of the missing disclosure, I expect to receive a prorated refund of my annual card membership fee. Since it was only renewed on XX/XX/2023 this would be a value of XXXX XXXX. The account manager was not willing to escalate the case to a higher level of support to review the case nor did he offer any accommodation
