I have had child support misreported as in arrears and for incorrect amounts. Ive disputed with experian since XX/XX/XXXX, Ive also addressed the issue in the court child support is handled. Ive disputed with credit bureau because it is also supposed to force the state of Indiana child support system to run an audit on account due to the states and county agencies and clerks not providing detailed reports any of the times Ive contacted and my taxes have been offset to pay an over charged amount of arrears thats already been paid to my ex wife back in XXXX of XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Ive submitted documentation to experian multiple times and every time they return the debt meets fcra when in fact Im not in arrears and am actually ahead on payments due to an additional {$25.00} weekly over my court order amount being paid.
