I will be filing an identity theft report against XXXX. They logged into my account and falsified documents, fraudulently signed documents under my name and when I try to change the password on my account I do not receive the email with the reset link. I have to " select try another way ''. Since the time of my first complaint of fraud XXXX has taken steps to conceal information and I receive a 404 error message when I click the link to view the document they fraudulently claim I signed. My account does not look the same. They have deleted information from my report in which XXXX was accurately reporting and have failed to remove their own inaccurate accounts they are reporting on my credit report. The system also indicates the fraudulent document XXXX alleges I signed, was created manually. Furthermore, XXXX claims to have a promissory note signed by me, if this is true attached to the last page would be the electronic history of the document which I am also requesting. AIDVANTAGE IS FRAUDULENTLY ACCESSING MY STUDENT AID ACCOUNT AS A STUDENT AND NOT A LOAN SERVICER. Lawsuit to follow.
