On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to a representative at PHH and she stated that I had to submit one more document for Mortgage Assistance. I sent the required document at XXXX XXXX Yesterday I received a letter from PHH stating that you had not received all of the documents and therefore we could not get mortgage assistance. We are extremely confused. How can we be told one thing and then we are told another thing. We desperately want to keep the house but need assistance. We are slowly repairing the home meet todays standards. We have had many expensive items arise in the last 6 months that we have repaired. We have windows that are covered in lead paint that we were not aware of at the time of purchase. ( at least not to the extent we have found )
