On XXXX XXXX I was served a garnishment from an officer at my job ( XXXX tn ) from XXXX XXXX. On the garnishment it list Midland Funding LLc. I revived letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX law office regarding a XXXX XXXX credit card in my name. I dont own this card and have a letter ( proof of fraud ) from XXXX XXXX. I have already followed instructions of XXXX XXXX XXXX and faxed in the letter but on XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a letter with FTC info because they want an affidavit of fraud. Please help
