I have repeatedly, over many years, tried to obtain my free XXXX XXXX XXXX from Experian. Experian has constantly reported a technical problem with their business that prevents me from obtaining a free copy of my credit report online. The report is required to be available upon request by law. Each time I write to the address provided I am returned a form where I must provide substantial personal information Experian intends to monetize for profit while failing to investigate credit card disputes. This is a pattern of criminal behavior by this organization intentionally designed to defy Congress and the CFPB 's requirements that United States citizens be able to obtain an annual copy of their report without undue burden. I have also disputed a {$50.00} medical collection debt multiple times only to find Experian refuses to invest labor resources necessary to confirm the debt is mine or provide evidence of the debt even exists. Of course each time I request information about this debt Experian simply responds with an offer to purchase additional products and services to help me investigate and dispute this debt. This is a violation of the law and should be investigated/prosecuted. I expect the CFPB to do their job and penalize Experian for this behavior. We're sorry A condition exists that prevents Experian from being able to accept your request at this time.
