Hi I had a refund on XX/XX/XXXX from the IRS go to my chime banking account. I opened the account because I didnt have a bank account at the time and I heard with Chime bank you could get your refund faster,, however after receiving the refund Chime closed the account on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted customer service sent them all documents they required to reopen the account, once doing that they still refused to open the account. I made one transaction on XX/XX/XXXX from the account and sent my money cash via person to person transfer to a family member. It is nowXX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive my money from them, they keep lying saying they mailed the check. I was told today the check has not been issued and keep getting the runaround, this bank has stole XXXX from me and keep transferring me to different departments. I was told 2 weeks ago the check was mailed and it will arrive in 3-5 business days, please help me retrieve my funds.
