Equifax mixed my Report with someone else. Wrong name on report ( I keep disputing and they take it off only to place it back on my report ) I sent them a copy of my Drivers License and Social Security Card. Still adding and removing them adding wrong name. Wrong Social Security Number Asked them to investigate and remove inquires I did not authorize. They refuse and keep sending me some generic response an hour later saying that they can not remove inquiries They are in violation of FCRA XXXXection 623 and Regulation V and FCRA 611. I have disputed 2 times with same generic response which tells me they are not investigating. Failure to Investigate another violation of the FCRA Section 1681s-2 ( b ) ( 1 ). I have also sent them a letter disputing several accounts that are not mine and part of an identity theft case I have with FTC. I have called several times only to get looped around to customer service who gives me fake names and fake employee numbers and when I follow up they wont transfer me to special handling or anybody in fraud. This morning somebody told me that they were in fraud after they told me that they were selling a product then when I asked to speak to special handling they refused to transfer me. Spoke with XXXX # XXXX and XXXX XXXX. The inquiries I did not authorize are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On The accounts that are not mine and part of the identity theft case are : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have uploaded my tracking and mailing where it shows that a representative from Equifax received the documents.
