I got a copy of my credit report some time ago and realized the credit bureuas are reporting 2 accounts as late that was never late. Delete the late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681 : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX I WAS NEVER LATE ON THIS ACCOUNT XXXX Account Number : XXXX I was never late on these accounts. Please show me documentation showing proof of a transaction showing I was ever late to support your inaccurate reporting on my account. If you can not supply this you must delete these alleged late payments from my credit report per usc 15 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purposeDelete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681.
