I disputed late payment statuses being reported to the the CRAs by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I disputed with the creditors AND the CRAs by written letter on XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23, & XX/XX/23, and also electronically with the CFPB on date. I believe these account are STILL inaccurately reporting these late payments even after my numerous attempts to ensure the information on my report is being properly furnished. These accounts were marked verified by the creditor and bureaus. I was notified of results by letter and CFPB complaint results. Upon checking my recent credit report, I noticed something very alarming that needs to be brought to attention. Under the FCRA, I am entitled to accurate reporting at all times. On my most recent report, I am showing that both XXXX and XXXX XXXX have these accounts ' dispute statuses as " Account not Disputed, and are still reporting inaccuracies across bureaus. This is a very concerning inaccuracy as both companies and the bureaus stated they launched an investigation. I don't believe these accounts were properly investigated and verified. I no longer want another investigation. As a result of this improper investigation & my numerous attempts to ensure my information is being reported properly, I demand for these late payments be deleted promptly. These have been a hinderance, are inaccurate, and it is clear that these companies have not been complying to the FCRA laws as they are legally obliged to. They are untrustworthy even with my dispute processes to allow them to fix their errors. The CRAs are willingly furnishing inaccurate information following investigations. They are allowing these companies to be in non-compliance right along with themselves. They need to be held accountable. Please have this information removed immediately under the FCRA. Please send an updated report following these updates.
