Hello, I'm writing this to see if XXXX XXXX and affirm inc can remove a missed Payment that occurred on XXXX of XXXX. At the time I was working as a waiter/cook in a restaurant. Due to covid at the time I was laid off and could not get another job because Maryland was on a emergency shut down. Any job deemed not essential was shut down so I was forced to switch job trade to constructions since it was one of the few job deemed essential. As soon I stared working I paid off my credit card balance and have not missed a payment since. I have tried many time to dispute the late payments online since the missed payment was due to a naturally declared disaster and many people was affected I could not do anything because of the shut down. Can XXXX XXXX please help me remove this blemish on my credit report, it has affected me by limiting my credit score and hindering me from getting loans for houses and a personal loans.
