I GOT MY XXXX XXXX FROM US AUTO SALES IN XXXX SC IN XXXX. I MADE PAYMENTS REGULARLY AND ON TIME. WHEN I WAS LATE ON A PAY MENT WHICH WAS NEVER MORE THAN 7 DAYS I HAD TO FIND OTHER MEANS FOR TRANSPORTATION. SOMETIMES THIS INCLUDED ME STAYING OUT OF WORK BECAUSE MY CAR WAS DISABLED BY A TRACKER THAT THEY TOLD ME WOULD HELP IN CASE OF THIEFT. THEY WOULD DISABLE MY CAR AND IT WOULD REMAIN DISABLED UNTIL I MADE A PAYMENT. ONE DAY I MADE A PAYMENT THEY STARTED MY CAR AND THE VERY NEXT DAY IT WAS DISABLED AGAIN AND I WAS TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT BEFORE I COULD DRIVE THE CAR AGAIN. I WAS FORCED TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS THOUGHOUT THE WEEK. I WAS DOUBLE BILLED FOR CPI EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED PROOF OF INSURANCE FOR THEM THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR INSURANCE AND AN INTREST FEE THAT MY PAYMENTS WENT TOWARDS INSTEAD OF MY FINANCE CHARGES AND GAP COVERAGE
