XXXX XXXX and Experian continue to report this account incorrectly. The account has been paid in full and discharged. Per the IRS this is now considered a certificate of indebtedness and is income. Income can not be reported. XXXX XXXX agreed in their terms and conditions agreed not to release my non public information to non affiliates. Experian is not an affiliate of XXXX XXXX and is not the credit bureau. The only true credit bureau is the CFPB and they DO NOT furnish consumer reports. Experian is a private owned company does furnish reports based on profit. Experian does not have my written consent to furnish ANY of my financial history with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX is required to refund any balance due back to me within 7 days. I am requesting my payment be sent immediately. This account is listed multiple times on my consumer report with the same account number with my financial history attached. You can not have the same acount number for multiple accounts.
