Consumer Narrative

This account is a product of identity theft. It is not the first time that a collections company has tried to collect on this fraudulent account. Evidence has already been presented that I never lived in the United States during the period when the account was opened. Furthermore, due to the statute of limitations in Texas, this account can not be collected on anymore. I request that all entities help to stop these illegal charges as I am a victim of identity theft. Additionally, it should be shown that the collection company is licensed to make collections in Texas as they engage in bad collection practices.
