I have a balance transfer 0 % interest expiring XX/XX/XXXX and in XXXX i took another one that is due XX/XX/XXXX at 1.9 % interest ( so i have XXXX months ) in XX/XX/XXXX i sent XXXX in payments that was suppose to go towards my XXXX promotion but the bank said there system poilcy sends it to the 1.9 % interest XXXX even though i have XXXX months to pay it off and the XXXX promotion i still have to pay XXXX this month or else its 29 % interest which is crazy the money should have been applied to my XX/XX/XXXX promotion.
