XXXX XXXX agency is Transfinancial Companies representing XXXX XXXX XXXX, the amount billed is {$680.00} and {$290.00}. The dates of service is XX/XX/XXXX. I have spoke directly to Transfinancial Companies whom directed me to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with the Business Director, XXXX XXXX, she stated " she does not what to do what to do with the bill ''. I'm disputing the bill because at that time I was a prisoner at XXXX XXXX, I was brought to the hospital after being arrested not at my request but because the officer assumed I needed care after previously having a XXXX that I was already treated for at another hospital 2 days before my XXXX. During the hospital visit I refused service with signed documents that the billing office viewed and still chose to bill me for services that were not rendered and also given without my consent. My point of contacts were XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I feel that I should not be held responsible for the bill being that I was not brought to the hospital as a XXXX, also I denied treatment with proven documentation.
