I have challenged Experians reporting of XXXX accounts. ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) I wrote experian a USC 15 1681 605 letter letting them know these accounts are a result of identity theft. Experian failed to remove the accounts from my credit report. They verified both accounts. I sent the affidavit I have attached requesting their method of verification. In compliance with USC 15 1681 ( 6 ) ( iii ) ( 7 ) if requested by consumer the CRA has 15 days to provide their method of verification to the consumer, Experian has failed to provide me with any documentation proving these accounts belong to me. Also XXXX had confirmed that the account is a fraudulent account. I contacted XXXX. They have submitted a Univerasal form to pull reporting from all XXXX bureaus. XXXX has removed the account, why is EXPERIAN still reporting this account? All documentation is attached. EXPERIAN is subject of up to {$1000.00} per FCRA violation against me. I will proceed with arbitration if this doesnt get resolved immediately, EXPERIAN Remove both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts from my credit profile immediately. You have not provided me with verifiable proof that these accounts belong to me. By law, you have to remove them.
