this about the account with convergent outsourcing. The dispute results that were sent to me were not what i asked them to correct. I requested the account to be deleted from collections because one of their representatives whom I called and spoke with falsely reported their company would remove the debt from my credit report if I agreed to pay the settlement payment which was agreed to. But the debt is the still on my credit report. So, my complaint is I was lied to and promised something that I was trying to do in good faith. I know the phone call was recorded and would and it will have the entire conversation on that day. I would like them to present it to your company so you will hear exactly what was said. it will let you hear the young lady i spoke with promise to delete the account if i paid the settlement. I did exactly that. But the account is still listed. This is false representation and deception to the consumer who has trusted these agencies and is trying to do what is right to resolve issues on their credit report.
