XXXX sent my debt to collections. I paid my bill and returned my phones on time. The Collection is for a leased phone with a buyout out fee if I didnt turn in my phones. I called and verified via customer service that the cellphones were returned and received, and I should not have been charged. I Attached the confirmation and package info of the return of the phones. XXXX phones were returned but I was still charged {$150.00} per phone and prorated cell bill. XXXX sent me debt to XXXX XXXX collections after I confirmed via customer service I owed no balances. I had the collections removed and XXXX has sent a new collection onto my credit under debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is the second time they hindered my credit for a debt I do not owe.
