Received a continous subscription with XXXX XXXX for XXXX ornaments. I cancelled the subscription. I received a phone call from a debt collection agency requesting payment. I asked said debt agency to provide verification of the debt and they said it was sent. Mail has been lost all the time since covid. The subscription for the ornament was withdrawn through direct withdrawl. The collection universal fidelity LP. The women was very rude and kept saying to pay your bill. I told her I wanted proof of the debt to make sure I wasn't double paying.
