Your reporting inaccurate information on my credit report, this is the second time im mailing you this account is in violation of my right s ACC- XXXX XXXX # XXXX, i did not open this account or have ties to it as transunion failed repeatedly in doing an accurate investigation and removing this account from my report, because this account was removed from my report and was put back as charge off i have evidence showing the account got removed then put back on my report this is against the law and my rights i've sent in proof showing my State ID with my information on it and other proof as you requested but you still refuse to delete the account off my report, you are furnishing outdated and irrelevant account ( CHARGE OFF/ CLOSED ACCOUNT ) on my report on the promise that the credit report is supposed to be accurate 15 US C 1681 b, speaks on the relevancy of the consumer report and the obligation you have to report accurate information, which means your in violation of reporting accuracy and fairness of my credit report you must delete this account. You have damaged my reputation my character and my mode of living, this information needs to be deleted
