I went into Kohl 's to shop and the service person asked if I wanted a discount and signed me up for a credit card in XX/XX/2023. I did not realize I was signing up for a credit card until my parents received a statement at their home in Florida, I live in Michigan. I went in and paid the balance and verified they had my correct address in Michigan. ( I have never lived at my parent 's home in Florida ). They proceeded to send me statements of late fees to my parent 's home in Florida. I called the local Kohl 's and they referred me to the customer service number. After another statement of late fees, today, XX/XX/2023, I contacted Kohl 's customer service and spoke with XXXX ( XXXX # XXXX ) to address the issue again. and she concurred my correct XXXX XXXX, MI address was in the system but would only refund me two of the three late fees, though she also confirmed they continued sending the bill to my parent 's home. I should not be required to pay a fee for their miscommunication.
