Dear Sir/Madam, Transunion made a mistake on my credit report they added a loan account from a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , I have never opened a loan account with such a company and never had a loan opened from any company before. Also, Transunion added the following address to my credit report " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX '' I never resided at such address and I have no knowledge about it. I disputed the charges with Transunion through XXXX and the results of their investigation was : TransUnion investigated your dispute but the information was verified as accurate. Other information was also updated. There is 0 % chance the I had such a loan account because the account was opened XX/XX/2016 and I had No SSN or any ability to have a loan or credit under my name at that time. This all started when I called Transunion trying to lift off the fraud alert I had put on my account in mid-XXXX. Transunion took all of my information over the phone, name, date of birth, address, and SSN number. And they couldn't help me remove my fraud alert, so I kept it as it is. Two days later, I received a notification that there has been a change to your credit report. Once I opened my XXXX XXXX account to check, I noticed that my Transunion credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX which is XXXX point decrease. Moreover, I called them and explained to them that they made a mistake since it all happened only when I contacted them. I then disputed the loan account that was put on my credit report ; and the wrong address they put on my account. Now I'm not sure how such a mistake could happen from a credit bureau. I'm in the middle of applying for loans and this hurts my current and future plans. Transunion made a mistake and I'm paying the price for it because when I called them they said it will take 30 days to resolve the dispute and this is financily damaging to me and I don't know to etxten I have already been or will be financially harmed. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Additionally, have two dispute number one from Transunion and one from XXXX XXXX dispute number : XXXX Transunion dispute number : XXXX Attached is two pictures shows the loan account and the wrong address mentioned on My credit report.
