On XX/XX/2023 I sent out my letter, I told the credit bureaus to " investigate every piece of information '' on the accounts listed below, I even went as far as pointing out factual discrepancies on my report. Also I have attached the letter I sent them here is the Tracking # for XXXX : XXXX. Tracking # for Transunion : XXXX Tracking # for XXXX : XXXX When looking into what the FCRA considers to " investigate consumer report '' it shows the credit bureaus did absolutely nothing following the FCRA. " investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They stated my account were verified but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also every piece of information on these accounts are still not reporting 100 % Accurate. And according to the FCRA 15 USC 1681 everything has to be 100 % Accurate.
