This is regarding student loans from XXXX. I was deemed permanently and totally XXXX in XXXX and went through the process of having my student loans XXXX due to my condition in XXXX, which they were. I have one that has recently, in the last year, been added to my credit report, which I don't understand since ( 1 ) they were discharged, and ( 2 ) this information is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I don't understand why after all this time, its on my credit report. It says there is no payment due on the loan on my report, but it's listed as an installment loan which is dragging down my otherwise excellent credit score that I've worked extremely hard to build. I filed a complain through Trans-union, twice, and nothing has been done about it, and I have not received and explanation why nothing is being done about it or why it's on my report. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
