On XX/XX/XXXX I made a loan payment and ended up refinancing the same day so I called to have the payment reversed. Santander said I called 6 minutes too late and they couldn't reverse it. The car was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted Santander several times since then about my refund for the over payment. They never responded so I called and they said they are holding my money for another month. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I desperately need this money to keep my lights on-theyre disconnecting on Monday. I explained this and Santander said they can request a release but no guarantee. I'm starving, my kids are starving, and they are holding my money illegally.
