On XX/XX/2023 I had contacted Discover to report multiple fraudulant charges on my account. I had over {$8000.00} in unrecognized charges that were under my credit. The card may have had it's information on the internet through hacking skimming or cloning, I am not a hundred percent sure, but somebody had stolen my credit card information through illicit means. As of XX/XX/2023 I am unable to use my card due to the credit fraud being under investigation. In the current circumstances that I am in, and through recent financial hardships due to this incident, it is in my best interest to say that I am not in agreeable terms with how this company is handling my case. Due to the fact that I am only XXXX XXXX XXXX and have no real source of income is further putting me deep into a pool of debt that I can neither afford nor have the resources available to pay these fraudulent charges on my account. Please help resolve and move my case further so I can recoup my losses these past few months.
