XX/XX/2023 NOTICE OF DISPUTE : DEMAND FOR VALIDATION AND PROOF OF CLAIM Attn : Credence Resource Mana, XXXX and XXXX. This letter is being sent to you in response to erroneous data reporting on my credit profile {$160.00} CREDENCE RESOURCE MANA ACCOUNT XXXX. Be advised that the claim is disputed and validation and proof of claim of the disputed debt is requested in accordance with the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,15 U.S.C. 16921692p, and as amended by adding the following new Title 8 USC 802., and the Fair Credit Billing Act, 15 U.S.C . 1666- U.S.C . 1666- All of which work in conjunction with each other, including the Truth Lending Act ( TILA ) 15 USC 1601 et seq. Due to this fact, I am requesting that this erroneous reporting be removed until validated or I will not hesitate in bringing action against XXXX, XXXX and Credence Resource Managment for the following violations. -Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act -Violation of the Debt Collection Practices Act -Defamation of Character -Violation of United States Code TITLE 18 PART 1 CHAPTER 63 1341 ( Mail Fraud ) If your offices fail to respond to this validation and proof of Claim request 15 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately.
