I want to put in this complaint in for the last time. We live in a country where its citizens are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. That holds true everywhere except for credit. We are not told that something is being placed in our report. We are not given time to defend ourselves about the information. It is thrown on our report and then we have to spend our time trying to prove the information is not ours, or inaccurate, even if it ours it changes from agency to another. I have been A XXXX for 25 years. I have borrowed and paid back tens of millions of dollars. In this country, you are defined by a number. The problem with that is that you have three credit Bureau agencies who have no customer to satisfy. They continue to skirt their obligations of accuracy and their due diligence to make sure what they are reporting is in fact correct. I will prove this with the information that I'm about to give and upload to you. According to the according to the fair Credit Act, Over the past year, I have filed a dispute on a numerous error, and asked for documented verification of certain items. Only to be sent letters to say verified. I have sent on 4 different times to disputes with Trans Union, XXXX, XXXX with not much success. The success of my business depends on my ability to borrow, which has been devastated these past 5 years. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I can not even get a mortgage for me at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I recently filed a complaint through CFPB only to have the same thing happen. I am asking for the CFPB to look over my evidence. This time I am using the XXXX reports against each other. You will see inconsistencies from agency to agency in the same report. You will see inconsistencies in their report. How is it that XXXX agency is able to get information about when a last payment was made, but the other agency can't report it because they don't know it. Balances that are different from agency to agency. Dates that are inconsistent from agency to agency. Past due amounts that are inconsistent from agency to agency. When the last time there was a update reported inconsistent from agency to agency. And even agencies report that say something was paid on this date but then you look in their history graph and it shows something completely different. What's more amazing is that they've had five opportunities to get this information correct and as of XX/XX/2023, I pulled all three from the annual credit site. And found again numerous data that didn't match from one agency to the other. How do you know what is correct if one agency says your balance is this and another agency says it's this. Doesn't this prove that out of five times they're not doing their job, but my livelihood is tied to people who it appears has no desire or ability to get inf0rmation correct. So, I am coming to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to beg for protection. The Fair Credit Act also states that if there is an inkling of inaccurate information it must be removed. When you have these agencies reporting on the same company yet, the information is not consistent, then how do you know if any of it is true? I am begging for your help to look at what I'm sending. And force them to remove these items from my credit. So that might get my life back. Most of Americans don't have the ability to sue them directly. That's why we need you. To be our hammer and hold them accountable. Five times this past year, they had claimed verified. But as you will see they're still inconsistent information so somebody's lying. The problem is we don't know which one therefore it needs to be removed permanently. I would appreciate your help in this matter. I am uploading a list of the items and their inconsistency from one agency to the other. I am also uploading stats and articles pertaining to the agencies inability to house accurate information. Also letters that I have sent. I have broken down for each one and written out exactly the inconsistencies which you could see for yourself in these reports. These agencies have violated my rights as a citizen of the United States. I am asking you to force them to remove these items and remove them permanently. See the links to get credit report below.
